Beware of Steve Brown(Steve the boss) real nam Kevin John Claydon of Chirpan estate agent Cheap Bulgarian Properties. My partner had a horrible experience and had issues trying to get his money back. The lies, deceit about himself and bringing down of other agents including the largest estate agent in Bulgaria, bulgarianproperties.com makes this man an untouchable, that is, dont touch him or his sham company with a barge pole!
You had it from me, no doubt others will come forward too!

Yes, I agree. Have been havig issues with him too.

Me too - sucked in like a fool (you live and learn) has anyone dealt with him successfully? E.g. got a straight and good lawyer in Bulgaria that they could recommend?? Much appreciated.
