Construction is booming in Bulgaria. Square meter prices are relatively low compared to construction on similar locations in western European countries. Lots of people have bought off-plan properties in Bulgaria at what seemed very reasonable prices but in the end they got disappointed because the quality did not meet their expectations.

In a completed construction, most poor quality work is hidden under plaster and paint. That is why we decided to establish our own construction company to be able to control the quality from the very first step. But quality does not depend on the builder only. It starts when you buy the plot.

BM Development and associated companies have been buying plots on the northern black sea coast since the beginning of the millennium. BM Development has Scandinavian management and offices in Copenhagen and the heart of Varna. Next step is the architectural studio. The architects must share our quality vision and be able to make true the visions of BM Development from the first rough lines on the computer till the completed construction with thousands of details. We have chosen FEKTA as our strategic partner. Today BM Development and FEKTA work as one. The first vision to come true is SUN Village in Biala south of Varna which will have its opening date in the summer 2007.

Good plans are not worth much if the constructor is not quality oriented. To make sure that the plans are implemented into quality construction without discussion, we established a construction company and hired very experienced management. Skandinav Construction went into action in March 2006. Today our construction sites in Biala and Varna attract domestic and foreign investors, developers and builders who are curious to see what quality really means.
